yeh thats fair enough gareth , but that wind should have pushed them away from menwith hill , not to it and into those mountains , something strange about that day though as i say birds in liverpool , southport , blackpool, barrow , i cannot offer an explination for it something pushed them over the mountains and into a headwind

menwith hill is not in your line of flight if the liberation point was wetherby , the birds would have to cross into the pennines (albeit the edge) and leave the flat lands , strange though that birds crossed over the pennines into a head windsomething very strange happend there , i have reports of birds from that day turning up in blackpool ,liverpool, barrow , !!!! why cross those mountains and into a headwind ???? cant blame menwith hill for that

this topic has been done to death and there are few points to make in fairness to the forum membership , we have a person or persons wanting money from people to sett up a fund , there are no names given , an unknown comitee , no banking details and shrouded in complete mystery , now if you can go along with any of this then your the ones who entertain con-men who knock on the door . roland who i have no doubt about his passion for seeking a fair deal for pigeon fanciers is flogging a dead horse , and with his blinkerd attitude towards other peoples oppinions is causing more harm than good . roland has also has also taken it upon himself to start making personal attacks against people who do not share his views at this , this campaign has created so much ill feeling towards and amongst fanciers it would be wise to end it now and seek a mutually agreable solutions through the pigeon unions whom you pay money too .
