Marlborough last year for the snfc was the same a very tough race where a lot of the birds ended up in North Wales I am sure it was an east wind last year ??
if they don't go to charnock richard it would be a 90 mile jump mate. Pretty worried myself about the strong east winds but the guy's i have spoke to this morning are going with big teams. good luck whatever you decide
ingelton to me is 128 charnock richard is 160 ish Uttoxeter 220 ish mile so that would be near a 100 mile jump that's why am sending them all too far a jump for yearling's
With the east in the wind mist could be about on that east coast reckon us boy's in the west will get a race after lunchtime tomorrow but the north east wind will be a tester.
Whether they are leading batch in the middle or in the last batch it is all luck got one picked up in oldham on a factory floor that was at last week's race from Ingelton why do they head south and fly themselves done?
Charnock Richard 160 ish mile to sending 35 birds with Lanarkshire fed worried about those strong east wind's but with next week's race 220 mile it is a large jump if they miss this week.
