HOMER 49 did you think the race controller did a good job on the 5th of aug ? do you think his report of the 5th of aug is a very good detailed report or a poor report? after the report from r strong at hexham not to go the birds were liberated 5 mins later was this wrong or right? j lennon states at 11.00 he was 12 miles from penrith he had seen mist at brough for 1 mile he could see for miles

hi tammy i asked the guy a question i just wanted to make sure it was the same person no big deal i thought but if he wants his name removed he can pm me and i will ask the webmaster to take his name out just thought it may be good for members to see this report as they may want to question the controller at the agm

hi gareth dont you think if we bought our own unit and trailer the unit could be hired out as we only use it say fifty days a year quite a lot of rental there could make some money for the fed
-
homer 49 see you advised the race controller on the scotch corner race what website did you check for the weather on the 5th of august
-
i think there will be a very large turnout tammy also for the agm no chance they will get everyone into the place popeye the members have taken to much in the way of losses and mismanagement in the last few seasons never an apology or explanation just get on with it they want a change at the top with new office bearers with new ideas to take the fed forward for the good of our pigeons and our hobby the meeting was called by fed up members wanting a change
-
eh pender your posting late tonight
-
some great ideas there greengrass but maybe not next season bit of hard work from the members it could happen ayrshire, ballochmyle, south lanarkshire, glasgow, renfrewshire, midland and lanarkshire all going down the road together makes sense to me put the right people in place it might happen just make sure lanarkshire members 5th of october for the open meeting then 25th november for the agm

could you not buy one that maybe say holds 6000 birds then maybe hire another that would hold 4000 for the first four or five yb races or maybe south lanarkshire fed or midland fed would join us to cut the cost but still have seperate liberations what maybe or no chance?
-
true maybe some guys that have been in position for a long time may have no new ideas or are not willing to change because they have done it that way for so many years but lets get along to the above meeting lets here constructive ideas that maybe move our fed forward
-
sent a pm thanks
-
hi gareth i think if things keep going the way they have been it may well need saved :'( but you are correct discussion is the way forward what about the transporter do you think it is up to the job? or the baskets that have to be tied together so they wont fall apart i think there is a lot we can talk about not just who is the controller or convoyer
