mac1 is doing a yb swap .this is different as you are giving a member of your choice a gift pair of yb,s.with enough interest a trophy up for winning .each yb race an update on any of the birds that win a club card or a race or fed ticket. it is not a SWAP . it is better to give than receive. it will also be good come yb racing . getting an up date on your yb,s win lose or draw. it will also be good for the banter on a saturday after the race and different. regarding mac 1 yb swap if you have a look at the thread i think i put my name up 1st.i also think the mac1 yb swap is a grate idea .

just a thought their is a lot of members on hear that give other members gift birds. for next year just for a change for them that want to take part. gift a member of your own choice a pair of yb,s .take note of ring number.the member that receives the birds must keep us up dated on their progress.any one intrested put name up on this thread, if there was enough interest would see about getting a GIFT CHALLANGE TROPHY. the yb that fly,s the best wins it.

i can,t understand why some are saying put them on darkness.when the yb,s will only be raced April to June

i think you should try it.no need for darkness system as bird are bred in December .also dont say that they won,t beat widowhood birds. some yb,s i think when released for the 1st or 2nd race panic and race home in panic.they get that much of a fright being away from the safety of their loft .
