Try locking them in their boxes for a few days, letting them out only for feeding and drinking and see if that helps

Nick you'll not know until you try the birds and see what you have left at the end of the season. The only advice I can give you is look for a fancier that is flying consistantly into your local area that may help you out with a few laterbred Ybs, if that doesn't work as ovy says take a look at the Scottish fanciers that are consistant in the National races and see if you can purchase a few from them.
