i would quite happiley clout these basterds with a mell in the knee caps im sorry if i upset some of the moniters on this thread but its the only thing i can think of this moment
i no how you feel frazer peregrines hunt in pairs , sparrowhawks take them right in front of you and goshawks will take them off the top of the loft, and ive suffered all of them, its only the love of the sport that keeps me going.
ive used bacox and baytril while rearing pheasants, its very expensive, and should only be on perscription from a vet dont use it unless you no what you are doing.
ive used dandy nests and also belgian plastic nest pans in the past, but now only use clay nest pans, and the only time i had a problem was when i used the plastic pans, dont now why maybe some one else has had the same problem
dont know if pigeons sweat, but ive often observed them piping , sort of gasping for air on warm days,or lying spread eagled to let cooler air through the feathers;do,s this combat sweating, veiws please
hi george, ive had this before its the cocks that ive found that pinch the straw from other nests, so i just put more straw on the bottom, and these birds seem to perform better on race days.
good morning everyone the sun is rising into a cloudless sky over the carter bar on the scottish borders, there is not a breath of wind, so its looking good for the ridsdale birds good luck to all flying today.
i live on a farm and there are always rats about had one getting into the yb loft about a year ago it would get into the loft and kill one brd i sat in the loft every night for a week and as soon as i was gone it was back, so i set tunnel traps round the loft ,and lo and behold i caught the bigest ugliest alpha rat you,ve ever seen after that no more rats in loft the traps are left set all the time with excellant results having accounted for numerous rats stoats and weasels and a grey squirrel
