Is the race from Consett 2morrow or Ripon Am sure there is about 50 miles of a diffrence .So you cant take the weather at Consett the same as Ripon

I am searching for information on my Grand-Father . Who I was told raced pigeons in the Shotts /Lanarkshire pigeon club around 1930 .Till such time as the Army stepped in and took his birds too the APC. I have been told that some of his better birds were moved to a Shotts partership by the name of Bunting & Arnott before the birds were uplifted My grand-father raced under the partership of Jonstone & Ferns in the Shotts club. If anyone has any information it would be much appreciated Many Thanks
