  1. i use a capful of miltons sterilizer to a 8 litre watering can have done for past 3 yrs and tbh have not had any ybs or other probs with birds since i started useing miltons hope this helps atb to all for 2012 clive
  2. i have for many years had a whole garlic bulb in drinkers 24/7 birds are really healthy and s said y use concentrate when a garlic bulb only costs 30p i do feel for these guys must of been gut wrenching to see atb to u all clive

  19. when i moved 6 yr ago i moved 20ml up the coast put new loft up then paired up broke cocks within ten days of moving them driving hens then broke hens sitting whole race team broke within a mnth of moving in dec birds that went bk to old address i collected only once then tryed them again left them sitting at old address for the rest of time they soon made there way bk when they got really hungry that season racing broken birds that had to fly over old loft location to get home won chanel avgs and was runner up inland avgs and got 5 wins in ob season i reckon it was all the free training i was getting with birds doing 40ml round trip to visit old location before start of season birds where well fit but it can be done quickly as long as they have been kept seperated a good while before move by the way i lost 2 of the 50 i rehomed trying to break them hope this hlps atb clive. ps u must be a bit hard hearted and not keep going to get them from old address leave them sitting there they get fed up
  20. ahh thats where we are lucky we have a short inland race when we got a chanel race so can get yearlings in any time in the season for us
  21. if distance i give stock 3 yrs sprinters 2 yrs all my 2 yr olds have to fly the channel program regardless of wether they sprint or distance unless they continually scoring inland atb clive
  22. i never put yearlings on the rd till may its to cold and u lose good birds starting them to early they dont like the cold nrth easterly winds as been said they drop like nine pins better to start them l8r if u are building a team atb clive
  23. longer races for me i send to sprint to get birds right for the longer races but still nice to pick up wins in shortuns but at moment in process of tryin to get a team of birds together to race the internationals thats my love and aim nothing like the feeling u get when a bird folds its wings and drops to u after doing 500 and over mls to get home its awesome . atb clive
