will be raced natural as i want them to develop naturally not bothered if i complete yb season as long as they all get the experience of at least 4 races each i will be happy as i want them all for chanel racing as 2 yr olds so whats left will race inland program as yearlings atb to all clive

yep ob season nearly done just 2 more club races then 2 free weeks but im getting some down on eggs ready for tarbes international and same wkend theres an open race from france so will be a good chance to get yearlings over the water. then the bit i dread yb training and racing still havent really looked at my ybs yet will have to start soon i spose atb clive

us in the south have had a hard season racing sth as headwinds every week the north rders down here havent had a hard race all season our vel on sth havent been above the 1300s but north theyve been getting over 2000 vel so for me id rather stay sth rd harder and dont end up with a loft full of birds that have had it easy jmo atb to all clive

i live right on the suffolk coast all the farmers and a lot of other folk including me pettitioned our local mp as u prob know our area is full of cattle farmers and pig farmers they told them that they may as well pack up if sea eagles were introduced they where listened to unlike us pigeon fanciers with our bop probs

libbed littlehampton at 07.30 timed 10.26 ne wind all the way home got 17 out of 17 poitiers libbed at 09.00 for the 394 mls home timed at 20.33 only 1 home from 11 only 2 birds in club and was 8th flyer to verify in anglian classic so up early in morn to see if i get more home

had my widowers out with there hens for abit as i left them together overnight then trapped them and took hens away then sat there trying to decide which birds are going to poiters on thurs if i had the cash i would prob send the lot but at £4.00 a bird would be a bit expensive lol to send all 34 all the best clive

got 8 away at bicc alencon 3 cocks & 5 hens & 18 away at maidstone 9 of each all widowhoods 280mls & 88 mls respectivly atb to all racing at wk end clive

personally i wouldnt start training yet let them range they will learn more that way and tbh a mile is a waste of time i would start at 10ml and keep them there theres more yb losses from shorter distances than starting longer jmo and at the momment theres alot of birds floating about and the weather is just not good enough yet for yb training m8

personally i would take stans advice as its all good another thing that may help naturals i would hopper feed as they dont eat as much then but if its in front of them all day then they only eat what they want trap them with conditioning seed then they wont carry to much extra weight then thats how i used to race my naturals with success from longer distances atb to you on your first race m8 clive

had a 2yr old drop on loft thought it a stray it flew through yb trap on checking ring nos found id lost it off loft as a sqeaker feathers well weathered seems a nice cock prob try it on rd nxt yr if space for it after season finished atb clive

had 2 races today both libbed at 0800 first lot home from st albans 88ml 1hr 38 mins i timed all 26 home 2nd race bicc falaise libbed at 0800 timed 12.57 for the 244mls got 11 out of 14 sent not a to bad day atb clive

well got 14 now making there way to france falaise and prob send the rest to st albans fed race poss 30 have nice empty shed dont like seeing pigeons idle i work hard all week to feed them they can work 1 day a week to keep me entertained on a sat lol atb to all whos racing this wk end clive

we are at maidstone this week norfolk & suffolk fed sending same 32 that went last week and hoping for same result but all home will do as 1st national is only 2 more weeks away with the bicc atb clive

havent had it last couple years touch wood wont get it this year but ive found when i used to clean them out reguarly i get it but now i dont clean them at all till racings over i havent had it maybe thats the answer but who knows and i just use cider vinegar 2 days a week sun/mon but maybe ive just got lucky atb clive
