Had the cocks out enjoying the skies and hit with a peregrine,nice yearling cock missing,been absent for near two hours so not much hope of him returning. Think this season for one reason or the other will be my last.

Sorry to see a lot of you lads are having problems with Sparrow Hawks.I might have just been lucky but since I started putting these up,fingers crossed and not tempting fate my birds have not been hit on the ground.The cane is a loose fit in the staples so least bit of wind the crow rotates. Worth a try lads,crow decoys on ebay or you might have a mate that does a bit of shooting like I have and got them free.
