will be the end of the year before I am fighting fit again . have a few weeks to get used to the new insulin pump now , before the heart op and long recovery

another appointment within 6 weeks to determine valve type . sheep , pig , or metal .its looking like the metal one due to the diabetes . then surgery within 2 months . so finally the end is in sight .

thanks pal ,I had 2 hospital visits last week and 3 the week before ,managed to avoid "wing mirrors" every time
