our race loft is 6ft 2" at the back and 6ft 6" at front . hope this helps ,its also a standard manufactured loft ,not home made.

i think if you have some spare cash , and some space ,its definetly worth a shot . majority of birds put in are from the best that folk have ,and hopefull of completing the races , even tho many are lost ,surely some of the best will be there at the end .if they breed young of the same standard could be worth taking a chance.
