I for one will not be racing ybs next year down south obviously ther more perrigrines south off Glasgow there would be no reason for perrigrines north off Glasgow .as thee no racing pigeons there.an as we know that is there main source off protein.

Well said john 100% at least they are not lying in a perrigrines nest on the year off their birth .even just training them they'r still getting slaughtered.

Yes paul good points .the way i look at it yes the ybs are racing at a worse possible time as bop are concerned an yes ther will never be just one thing that causes our losses.but iff you switch over to your old birds .you have probably lost more fantastic pigeons than anyone.birds that you know should still be in your shed but are not.due to what reason .not because they wer ill or uneducated or bad race points why are they not home?

I only wish I could say the same but ybr racing is not one bit enjoyable were iam .not quite sure what fed your in but by the sounds off things are totally different we have 20 members in our club an only 7 sent this week an 1 them didn't time in.we are only at our 4th race at 98 ml .the only ones that are still going are mainly the guys that breed 100plus ybs a will leave it at that.enjoy the rest off your season BT the majority off ours are already finished.

Forty years ago fanciers bred a dozen youngbirds an had 10 left at end off the season after racing the programme .I personally do not know 1 fancier that could possibly do this .so that's why we have to change because times have changed

We would also have better old bird racing too.without the race points an controllers getting the blame for horrendeous racing.

It may sound as if I have throw the towel in but i Haven't .I love pigeon racing .but we have the same conversation every year an it tires you down going on about controllers wind windmills phones sickness an all off them put together don't add up to our prime problem .the one that is the main curse to our sport .I will be listening to your post an hope something comes out it .I will not throw the towel in as I will race as long as i live .in my eyes there will be no light at the end off this tunnel.an I hope you prove me wrong kevin.
