well had a batch picked up from Grasshopper he was impressed they'll be with me tonight so cant fault there service so far

then ask the town hall how close would they allow a non perminant building to a road then you can submit your plans when you have enough information to make them

check with your town hall planning department they should know if you need to apply or not

asha i was saying the in fashon birds were Rolands there was no comparison and im sorry i would want a Roland Jansen in my loft no mater how well bred it was

a garden shed is fine as long as you dont upset your neighbours , but as soon as you put pigeons in it you would need to submit a change of use , which would involve above.

i had to submit a detailed plan to council for my loft , i would imagine they would have same rules in Scotland as here , loft should be no taller than one storey and not exceed 2 metres in height and be 1 metre away from all boundarys , on your plan you need to include the house garden and proposed non perminant building , hope this helps

well if louella got hold of them they'd be in a lot more lofts and they'll take a couple of years to get a good team of them together

i think they came about when Roland Jansens were getting all the hype so i dont think they have been as commercial as other breds but i do like the Jos Thones
