As far as I can see the programme has been set by those that wished to choose a programme and went and voted , I can also see that not everyone would be happy by change , and the right to jump ships whether anyone likes it or not is a possibility for those that aren't happy . Is the fed that big that it be better with two sections one east one west ??? then let them send with the section they prefer I'm surprised the one fed rule exists as this removes choice , surely this is out dated as there's many federations that over lap each other or more than one in a area . Surely it could be argued that it is a members right to send with any federation they are in the boundary of .

Here's a little tip I have for checking your lofts water first thing without entering the loft , get a plastic beaker fill it with water and put it at your back door if it's frozen then your loft water generally is Then you can get straight on to it and change your water , I know most where possible empty all there water last thing and refill first thing I guess winter will be as hard as was last year no doubt , boy was I sick of changing frozen icecube drinkers lol :emoticon-0179-headbang: :emoticon-0179-headbang:
