I use building ( rough ) sand in all our section . It gets riddled once a year. I have never put lime in it . as long as the huts dry it will do the rest. we.ve had the same deep litter in our stock hut for the best part of 10 years. Anything from 2 / 4 inches deep. I tried esibed in one section this year but didnt like it.

Its no went that well to be honest . I had a couple of stinking training tosses early on, The three hotspot races have went ok . The birds are away to montrose the night , unfortunately theres no lanarkshire birds left.

I have been our fed convoyer for 17 years . The majority of controllers and convoyers from the west coast feds keep in contact each weekend . we (ballochmyle fed ) were at tow law three weeks ago and we got clattered , There were very few birds reported . I think theres more to it than clashing. The birds just seem to vanish.

I have just had a bird reported in Carnoustie by a non fancier, was wondering if some kind member would pick it up , So i can arrange to get it picked by SPDS.The lady has been very helpfull but she works from early morning till mid afternoon. So i cant arrange a pick up . I would be very gratefull . cheers

Ayrshire north road lib at arbroath at 7.30 on saturday .Very strange race . :-/ I had a bird reported in carnoustie the day by a non fancier.

The ayrshire north road liberated at arbroath at 07.30 this morning and by all reports the returns are not good . I have 27 out of 57 . The first birds back bang on time then nothin . Sounds like just one of those days. :'( :'(

Are all the birds your moving on all distance strains .

WE ( BALLOCHMYLE ) WERE AT OTTERBURN AT THE WEEKEND HELDOVER ON THE SATURDAY LIBERATED AT 10.30 AM ON SUNDAY , WAS ONE OF THE BEST RACES WE,VE HAD THIS YEAR :)

I WOULD GO FOR UNIKON , WE,VE HAD IT SINCE IT CAME OUT AND NEVER HAD ANY SORT OF PROBLEM USING IT , ITS SO SIMPLE TO USE .
