  2. 1254 BIRDS WERE LIBBED AT 06.15 ON A BEAUTIFUL MORNING WITH A LIGHT WEST WIND WHICH MAY GET A BIT STRONGER EN ROUTE, POSIBILITY OF A FEW SHOWERS IN THE WEST OF THE FED AROUND ETA, BIRDS CLEARED VERY WELL ATB TO ALL COMPETING
  3. BIRDS ARE HELD AT RIPON DUE TO VERY STRONG S/W WINDS FORECAST EN ROUTE , NEXT MESSAGE WILL BE 7AM ON SUNDAY ---FORECAST IS FOR A WESTERLY POSSIBLY WNW WIND OF ABOUT 16MPH BUT CLEAR SKIES FOR MOST OF THE WAY.

  11. 2043 birds were libbed at alnwick at 07.00 hours, no real wind at race point but good broken cloud and sunshine, birds formed one bunch and cleared the race site very quickly heading up the A1. ATB to all competing

  14. EARLY MORNING CALL FOR ROBBIEDOO!! APPROX 2000 BIRDS WERE LIBBED AT ARNISTON AT 06.45 HRS INTO A LIGHT WESTERLY WIND AND CLEAR SKIES, BIRDS BROKE INTO 4 BATCHES AND ALL CLEARED SITE VERY QUICKLY, ATB TO ALL COMPETING

BASKETING IS GOING AHEAD AS NORMAL 30 BIRDS PER CRATE.WITH 40+ MPH WEST WINDS DUE AT NOON AT ARNISTON AND THE POSSIBILTY OF DOOS ENDING UP IN NORWAY I HAVE DECIDED TO PUT THE BIRDS TO COWDENBEATH INSTEAD, THE FORECAST THERE IS FOR A BRIGHT MORNING WITH 20MPH WEST WINDS EARLY ON STAYING PRETTY CONSTANT AT THIS END FOR THE MORNING, SO I WILL BE LOOKING FOR AS EARLY A LIB AS POSSIBLE--FIRST MESSAGE 07.00. IF THE FORCAST CHANGES TO FACILITATE ARNISTON THEN I WILL INFORM MEMBERS AT THAT TIME ROBBIEDOO YOU MIGHT BE BETTER TO GO TO BED NOW SO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET UP IN TIME :emoticon-0136-giggle:

  18. APPROX 2060 BIRDS WERE LIBBED AT 10.30 INTO A FRESH N/E WIND AND BROKEN CLOUD, BIRDS BROKE INTO 4 BATCHES BEFORE CLEARING NORTH, ALEX WIGHT HAS BEEN GOOD ENOUGH TO FILM THE LIB SO HOPEFULLY HE WILL GET IT POSTED ON HERE SOON. ATB TO ALL COMPETITORS
  19. Weather at race point reasonable but needs to clear up a good bit enroute and at this end, forecast says it should be better by 11am, next message 10.30am
  20. forecast has been all over the place the last few days but latest one has given the real possibility of a Saturday race so basketing going ahead as usual, birdage per crate 30 birds, first message will be at 9am
