a few days ago, the birds were very nervy, [this was b4 my perigrine attack] luckily there were two forum members here ,, a hawk type bird , very large , seagulls swooping on it looked like a minatures,, this hawk , vey large, , flying quite low, white in colour [,parts] def not a buzzard , heading straight from south to north big bird with pointed flights [something like the shape of a pigeons wing] never seen anything like it ,,and neither did these other two members , anybody any idea what this could have been ??

my advice would be to treat all the birds as individuals , i found that some flew better treated differant ways [ had one w, hood cock was better seeing the hen on thurs and not friday b4 basketing] another better not seeing his hen at all , could get an older cock comming well as the season advanced by giving him a 3 day yb, [no mate . no eggs just took to yb ] i would just say knowing their fads and fancies

must say i forgot about the" mascara" but another sure sign,, about the ring of confidence , i have noticed this on birds in good condition ,, but really i have found the opposite , when the bird are in this very unusual condition, very difficult to explain, ive found they wont even take a bath [ you usually only get one in this super, super nick , this really over the top nick , the dazzle the shine, the sheer fitness sticking out, hard to explain , but when you see it youll never forget it] ,, one thing for sure is ,its a sheer joy to watch
