  6. Dont matter if its legal or not. Getting pigeons as a new start and selling them the next year does nothing to help new starts who are genuinely looking for help it is morally wrong. This had a smell about it last year with attutude, now it stinks to the high heavens. Up to those that run the site to take action Theres always one Rab Smith

  9. Thanks for the comments so far,as i have said it is the first time i have came across this feel sure it was the one hen, who layed all three eggs
  10. The only logical theory is that another hen went in and laid on that nest. I watch my birds like a hawk (wink wink) and i dont think this could have happened with the current pairing in that nest. Anyway all info and comments welcome.
  11. Hi All, Got a hen whos had some strange egg laying and hatching success this year and now to put the tin hat on it shes had triplets. Does anyone have any information or experience of this? if so your comments would be most welcome as i am a bit surprised to say the least. Thanks Rab Smith
  12. How old are your young birds before you start to Train them? Cheers Rab Smith
  13. Vining, It is the way in which we keep our pigeons invironment, feed, ventilation, and the type of pigeon that is what counts. Many if not most of the fanciers what are doing the winning will find trends reversed when you get to 250 miles plus. Hang on in there mate the tide will turn. Horses for courses and all that Rab Smith

  22. Hi Guys, names Andy this is my dads page and he asked me to log on and tell you about a racer he has in his posession. Details D/CH wf Hen SU08SW1495 He is currently at the family caravan in Girven for the easter weekend and would be willing to drop it off the owner if they are local to that area. Apparently the bird flew straight in through the caravan door. I will check back throughout the evening. Many Thanks Andy
  23. Owen well said mate
  24. Novice well said mate, the type of religeon you talk of coming from the west of Scotland, streaches not much further than Rangers and Celtic I would post nothing on here in order to force others into anything As for the connection between Pigeons and religeon there is none, its people and pigeons that have caused clubs to be disbanded. Religeon has no connection with anything in this year of 2009,thats why my local church had 43 at the Sunday morning service this morning, its also why Ibrox will be full today when they play Hamilton Accadenicals. The world we live in mate the world that is west and central Scotland Happy days
  25. Its got to do with the fact they have never been out.when they get there freedom they are off like a shot. They maybe know local things because of seeing out the loft or avaries, this does them no good at all when they find themselves 30 miles from the loft. Not brainless at all Would never consider keeping young birds as prisoners because of this
