Ian, this is complete bu....it m8, there was one proposal the other year to vote to use Almond Valleys Geraldy for the Gold cup race.It was a one off vote to try and get the best transportation for the Gold cup pigeons. This years business is totally different,you know its true and its a complete injustice,as well as discrimination against federations with Geraldy transporters.A massive can of worms has just been opened, imo.ps.I would like to see the minute book where it states the SNFC must use wicker baskets until it is changed at the AGM.

Wrong Willie, the secretarys remit was to ask for tenders ( any type of transporter), nothing else.He has failed to do this and I wonder why???The vote for Alencon with Almond Valley was a one off vote for the Gold cup, nothing to do with this year.This is all nonsense and manipulation to try and get more money for their own federations. Dr Lynch ( president) came down to view the Lanarkshire transporters and agreed they should be used for the National.The SNFC havent made the best decision for the pigeons imo. No TRANSPARENCY anymore,all hidden agendas, have we not learned since the Gibbo days.

Its very hard to get access to the birds in the Geraldy crates, this is a great thing for security.Most of the national organisations in Britain use Geraldy and the Scottish are left behind AGAIN.We used to be the best , now we are the worst.

I heard the Fife feds tender was 20% less this year, thats just taking the price of the vat off

No other fed is charging Vat,there are ways to get round it ye know The biggest kick up at this years AGM was the cost of transportation .SNFC logic ????.

Using the Fife transporters was very costly, VAT last year hammered the SNFC
