Some are like that Walter but as I said, top judges would overlook this nowadays imo. A show is only as good as the calibre of judge it has . I know its only a bit of fun in the winter months but its still nice to get a card or 2 as well.

Yes Tom I agree, although a lot of top judges presently accept darkness pigeons haven't finished the wing moult and take this into consideration.

Got to be the channel races especially the SNFC Gold cup,imo the holy grail of Scottish pigeon racing. I like the other nationals as well but the distance races are more memorable imo.
