the rpra dont get much right in my book but i think they got this right as they must of consulted with other unions and found a fault with the 09 rings theymust of carried out tests and decided to ban the ring from racing other unions will follow suit in due course this is just my opinion oh happy days

vinnie your freinds circumstances have changed where he only needs 1 bedroom he needs to find a way to change them back as i said in my 1st post or get 2 sick relatives to move in with him who need looking after then go to the council and ask them to look at his case again what he needs to do is show them he needs the other 2 bedrooms oh happy days

tenancy has nothing to do with it 1 person only needs 1 bedroom if he wants to keep it get himself a girl friend with a couple of kids then he will need 3 bedrooms oh happy days
