there different types mate so would depend on type that you have u really dont want to over dose on it goes from 3 drops per litre to a lot bigger dosses to 10ml per litre i use a product called Blitzform which has Iodine in it its expensive ok but you use very little i use very few products would not be without Blitzform there is also johnston pigeons tonic i belive has Iodine in it too Lugols iodine is a good product too i used to use that before i switched to Blitzform
