put the bird in a basket for 3 days only giving it water on second day give it a ounce of depuritive and same on 3rd day if still not right get droppings tested or if it gets worse in the mean time get droppings tested

take it easy if its there first race just give them the bowls this week before the race when they arive home from the race let them see the hens then next week you can introduce the hens if you like or you can leave it for 3 or 4 weeks down the road its more about leaning that the hens will be there on arrival from the race then seeing the hens before the basketing for the race if you feel a drop off in form in 3 or so weeks then you can introduce the hens wodowhood i feel the less you do the better
