chiss u are picking me up wrong what i am saying if u look back through the posts some pll just use this place to benifit them selves and use this place like a advertiseing agency its notting to do with costs not what this thread about its just this is a place to have a chat and sell a odd pigeon its not to bad now but u look at the weekly mags and the amount of ads in them we could end up with the same here

yes but there pll on here selling a few birds and contribute geatlly to the site no problem with this but shouldent this site be about helping one another and not for one or two who are pracailly studs now on here just constally selling birds

yes but studs pay big fees to advertise in the weekly mags and someone can use this for free to advertise we all have seen the posts

just have been looking back through the posts and it seems that one or two here are useing this site like a advertiseing page to sell there birds is this right and should pll be limted to the amount of birds they put on sale here we all know who they are lol

that should be up to the owner what he wants to do if somebody has gone missing not his fault he should have the desicsion i think that a seller has to have so many posts here before they can sell should it not be the same for the buyer seems to make sence

sad when this happens but its part of the sport mate belive me when u see them arrive home from training the first time r ure first race it makes up for all the bad days and when u win ure first race well u will smile for weeks keep at it mate with pigeons probally more than any other sport thers ups and downs even the best have there downs dont get too upset sure fanicers here will sort u out

i might be reading this wrong but it seems to me to told u to treat with baytrill once a week if he did he really does no noting about the drug or pigeons no antibiotic can be given like this it kills the immune system of the birds bayrill can be given at differnt doses but must be given from 7 to 14 days in most cases in a row and not given one day a week its crazy if he did

fair play to these organisations for there forward thinking not only are some of the best fanicers in the world there but they seem to lead the way too i really cant see why this cant be the norm seems to make sence to cut down on possible cross infection and ch pied is there any calls for the oldbirds to be done this way as well as ganster said birds woud settle better i would love to see this happen but some pll dont like change dosent matter what it is we have to move with the times

mac would u belive had a argument with a fancier here who said it was pointless to train birds to drink in the hamper cause they don't use them and to make it worse i think hes pigeons a long time i asked him to try something too prove it basket all your birds race day now they will only be after being out of the loft a hour between get tin to the club and marking and then put drinkers on hampers id bet they will drink straight away as we do it and we couldn't belive our eyes with the water they drunk

well there if goes if one of if not the biggest organstion uses this system there is no reason why it can be done fair play to the nipa who are useally leaders when it comes to thing like this and fanicers feedback is good aswell it will happen that some fanicers will have to double up sure but aint it better than haveing maybe 10 or 15 members birds in the one hamper

would rather that then my birds being put in other hampers with other birds with parmyxo parathyphid and all these new strains that are coming on the scene and id imagine your argement is not something that is rare enough

look i thought i made some good pints but the argument is gone to something else now this thread was set up to see what pll thought of cross contamination in hampers and its turned into something else pity really as some good points were made

mac everyone else put up good points and i am a serious racing man very easy to come on hereand make posts that have no point to them at all at least some of here disagree but i think most of the points here are valid

i dont think that all i put up some good reasons for keeping the birds in basket how can anyone think they will stick togeather even 500 birds left up at a lib and a basket of 15 birds are going to stick togeather dont think it will happen

i understand that but on the whole couldent if fanicer had ie 30 birds that fits 2 hampers couldent he just stick all his birds into two hampers 15 per hamper and if a fanicer only has a few birds they can share the costs with another fanicer that onlt has a few all im saying is has to be better than 10 members birds in one hamper and i know it wont solve all problems but if it can cut down on lots of birds from different lotfs in one hamper i know u cant solve the problem alltogeather or am i all wrong on this point

that what im saying every fanicer should have there own hamper
