The wattery droppings may be due to the stress related to the bird moving to a new location as suggested by Timbarra, but if this is the case the droppings and condition of the bird should improve within a week or so with a little tlc a thing that a lot of fanciers overlook is when the birds were vaccinated ,ie they could have had loose /watery droppings before vaccination and when vaccinated it kind of locks the watery droppings in were nothing will cure or stop it ,better for young birds to vaccinated before leaving the nest thats the way i do mine and dont get any problems with droppings or ybs ,worth a try
