scars thats what they are the bird was suffering froma bacterial infection and its immune system got it over it and its laeft with little white scars ,if they are yellow then it still ahs the infection ,most probably e coli

some times have to put rings on at 3 days couldnt beleive it but me dordins have rather thick legs which i think has been bred into them for generations ;D

maybe you were treating them for the rong things cause its three and wan dont mean it will cure what yi got any thing you put in the birds water is foreign to their bodies and will give them a boost and make them feel better for a bit only for them to revert to the way they were ,you should consult a vet for an expert opion ,good luck
