leave them alone untill they are hungry then they will come in leave the loft open so they can go in and when they are ready they will go in ,in meantime you consentrate on finding out what has scared them and more likely to be cats at night when yir not there sit and watch and you will see what it is cause it will come back ;)had this problem years ago until a got a good hungry dog no prob now ;D ;D
