-
"Well now" You sneaky old Bugger ;D ;D ;D I alway's new you were in the trade etc, but I never realized till now, you were an old plumber. Still !!!!!!!!! :P now I know why your so smart ???????? "LMFAO" & why at times you also appear grumpy here :) . PS, us old time plumbers here :'( :'( :'( will always back each other up ???????? when we get in a barney etc, won't we !!!!!!! matey. Enjoy.
-
Please !!!!!!!! :'( :'( :'( have pity on us all. Enjoy.
-
Happy birthday from me also ;D ;D ;D See now !!!!!!!!!, you have just struck gold etc, after years of hard labour "A free bus pass" Now what more could a man wish for in retirement :P . Enjoy.
-
Well don't worry about it too much David ;) One could say ??????????? now. We have a few potato heads here :P , so it's always handy to know the size required. Enjoy.
-
Well good luck to you ;) Now!!!!!!!! the day you drop 15 out of 16 on the board together ;D ;D ;D at 600 miles, & I will shake your hand in admiration. Also !!!!!!!! I will give you a large bottle of champagne :) just like a bloke gave me, when I won my first 600 mile Fed etc. Enjoy.

This is very true !!!!!!!!!! But & have had many stock birds over the the years etc, that need there nails clipped at times on a regular basis (Mainly hens). Because what happens in most cases, is that they tend to swist back on them selves & up when they grow long & the birds can not hold onto anything, for what I have seen, "most uncomfortable". Never a problem thou, you just clip them with a normal pair of nail clippers, & then they are fine again. Enjoy.
-
Now you look here Dovescot !!!!!!!!! you just leave my good mate alone ;) in his old age now. All us old folk here ;D ;D ;D at times ??????? tend to place ones foot in ones mouth unfortunately "LMFAO", shall we say. But we learn by our mistakes :) & life just continues on down, sadly :'( :'( :'( the road to the ferterliser factory, for all of us. Enjoy.
-
Join the clan ;) your showing your age ;D ;D ;D "Old Fella", I bet now ??????????? you wouldn't done that in your younger days "PMSL" But nothing better than a nice fire etc, to sit & wait !!!!!!!!!!! when it's a sh*t of a day. Enjoy.
-
To me !!!!!!!! it does not appear to be bleeding etc, so all I would do is. get some betadine iodine & spread it all over the wound & it will soon dry up in time & it will be no worse for the experience. PS, Bugger the pigeons for now ;D ;D ;D the grand prix has just started here, so I'm off. Enjoy.
-
I will go along with that, "Good Luck" ;) Better to attempt & fail at the distance etc, but your still miles in front ;D ;D ;D in my view, than all those pissy little sprint races that we fly in through out the season :) . PS, & thats coming from someone "PMSL" :P that was 3rd club 400+ pigeons & 9th fed etc with 2000 birds yesterday. Enjoy.
-
Look here old fella "LMFAO" if your looking for something new & fancy to solve his problem from me "Your r*tshit I'm afraid" "PMSL" that's not me !!!!!!!!! unfortunately. I will just let all these modern day gurus etc here, give their words of wisdom ??????? & see how he finishes up. PS, Sorry !!!!!!! But I've lost all my funny faces for some reason. Enjoy.
-
That's what I like to hear :) One can usually rely on good old mum ;D ;D ;D when one of her brood is in trouble ;) & she gets her hackles up. To fight the fight. Enjoy.
-
Tie his legs together, with a lastic band or string etc so that his movement will be restricted somewhat. & he will not be as keen to fight all the other birds then, because his balance will be effected & it will make him think twice about being so dominate, after taking a few beatings. Enjoy.
-
Yes !!!!!!!! we certainly are ;D ;D ;D & we have waited patiently for quite awhile :) now, one could say. For this momentous occassion to occur. Well done Grampa David :) , & another mouth to feed now. Enjoy.
-
Well done Ben !!!!!! Nice looking birds, & it just goes to show ;) once again, you don't have to race them etc to get a lot of pleasure & satisfaction from them. PS, How is our grumpy neighbour going, has mum sorted him out yet :) . Enjoy.
-
;D ;D ;D "PMSL" I know !!!!!!! But for years now, I've been mystified !!!!!!!!!!! why they had such bad losses etc "Shocking" ;) . But I'm all clued-up now :) (I'm always a bit slow at catching on) fortunately, after seeing all those photos of the best ones etc. The best thing they could do is, take them of there website & let the illusion continue, that they are smart & intelligent :'( :'( :'( & have the best interest of the pigeons as the number one priority. Enjoy.
-
Yes !!!!!!!! your more than likely right Phil, but for such a prestige ?????????????????????????????????????? :'( :'( :'( pigeon race etc, to even contemplate such a situation to occur is a total disgrace in my view, in relation to there management & I will bet you a dollar (I'm a big gambler) ;) that if those birds turned up at your local centre/club to be placed in a race, they would be sent home & there would be very few members here, that would have their birds in such disgraceful condition, in relation to there wing feathers. Enjoy.
-
Well !!!!!!!! 1 can always look on the bright side ;D ;D ;D less perches to clean & your wallet etc will have more money in it. Enjoy.
-
Phil !!!!!!!! we all know etc, that many birds that are raced in young birds as such, are not in the feather that old birds have when racing. but you explain to me now, why with the management of these birds in discussion etc, they have there wing feathers eating away to such a degree, as it appears to me. I'm afraid if it was me !!!!!!!!! I would be looking for something a hell of of a lot better in management for my dollar, I'm afraid. Enjoy.
-
Well now !!!!!! great minds think alike ;D ;D ;D, we will just spend our money ???????? ;) closer to home, one could say. Enjoy.
-
I'm not that silly ;D ;D ;D it's easy enough to find :P . Enjoy.
-
I've just come off (I will not mention it's name) a well known site in South Africa, where they show you pictures etc of the 10 best pigeons in the most recent race. "Boy oh Boy" for anyone that has not seen them, I suggest now !!!!!!!!! you go have a good look. You might just learn something, unfortunately :'( :'( :'(. One could say (Not me) ;) They are a disgrace, in relation to there general feather & the way many of them, have been eaten way etc at the end of there feathers & remember also !!!!!!!!! these are the best ones. So what would the worst of them look like. Enjoy.
-
Spot on Vic ;D ;D ;D you are a very wise man. No wonder they have trouble "Amtrack", when they have to deal with bright sparks :'( :'( :'( like some of us here ?????????. Enjoy.
-
"LEG OVER" ;D ;D ;D that's not on his mind at the moment ;) Far from it I'm afraid & in the future hopefully ?????????, he may have to come up with some new tricks :) if he ever wants to do that again. Poor little bugger !!!!!!!!, he is in his bed :) , with his legs dangling in mid air & not able to move etc, because I have him taped up with non stick medical tape "PMSL" & all he can do is eat & drink & give me the evil eye. PS, What we have to do for pigeons at times :) . Enjoy !!!!!!!!, but my little mate is not doing any of that at the moment, & have no doubt on that.
