Something similar happened to me a couple of weeks back John i took 11 doos through to Eyemouth as me and the mrs were going a run down the coast and let them go in 2 x 4 and a 3 5 mls apart came home nearly 4 hours later to see the 1st 1 just landing and it was from the last batch lib'd an hour after the 1st batch still 3 not been seen to this day And lost the cock i timed at Messac last season in a toss fae Macmerry on thursday but as we all know sh** happens in pigeon racing you just get on with it and worry about the doos in the loft
