Peter i sent 17 cocks that have been at every toss with the fed and got them all but put in 8 hens for their 1st shift and have 3 missing tonight maybe my own fault as the hens were a lot heavier than the cocks but hopefully turn up in the morning???

Just my opinion but i think you might struggle to sell them in may pal as most people wont introduce pigeons then unless they have a spare section but good luck with the sale they sound like good birds All the best Alan

Peter you said your own pigeons were flying 2-3 hours a couple of weeks ago when the temps must have been sub zero so what is the difference in your pigeons flying for over 2 hours in minus degrees to people training from 20 mls in 6 or 7 degrees the last couple of days?

I managed to time in my only entry at Tours 2 yrs ago for 50th oan the result thats the only time i have sent to the longest race...

Went back doon the loft just before coming into work and noticed a hen that was at yesterday's toss that I hadn't sent today had a bump on her side and on having a look at her she was missing half her tail no hard to work out why the toss was dodgy yesterday

Much better toss today only had 1 to come when i came up to get shifted for work and had 3 back from yesterday aswell

Looks like it was Percy a couple of guys in my club were on the transporter for there 6th toss yesterday and birds took all day to come aswell
