if you can see how good a pigeon will be by the eye you will get lost you can see some things but it can not show you if it is a smart bird or not. we all have eyes as a baby can you tell if some one will be a great footballer or rugby player from looking at there eyes no so for me you can only look for the condition of the bird from the eye as some things show up if you have ever seen it you will know what i mean. you have to look very deep in to pigeon and you will spot your pool bird lol

do you know what's in the water we give your birds from the tap when you give a supplement you can over dose and this can make them sick. if you look back in the old days many lofts water did come from wells and springs

old secret well not old if you breed 40 birds and only 2 are good only keep the 2 good birds. more lofts keep birds cos they have paid good cash for them .

what do you have in your water every day lol not all the stuff that some try to tell to have. do pigeon need all the crap we are told that makes them fly super lol i think not. one old secret is if the bird is no good it must go only keep the very best.

no secrets in pigeons what some one will use works for them but for some one else its no good. they are so many things that are good for pigeon's and they are bad if they have too much of a good thing.

if you feed the right corn at the right time better than any powders keep it natural. bin all the magic poisons it never helps. just check what you feed them.

Have used Whey powder better mixed on corn with little water but not use it any more good corn and water better for them. think it has its use but i do not see the point better for humans keep it for the gym

the price when they was young will have been more than £100 but price is not the thing when you bring in new birds. you pay your money and you just try them. we did pay £5 at a sale and it went on to win a big race for us as a young bird the year after she was killed by a hawk so that pigeons for you.

is your floor wet and your dropping not drying out at all. i think you have very little air movement in you loft. is you loft very dark with very little sun coming in
