With all the bad reports about B&R which far out rate the good ones why have they suddenly gone down hill with all sorts of reports from customers and the one that sticks out is the "Bad" attitude from staff to the customers and the withholding of funds paid to them.It may well be that the senior management (owners) don't know what is happening.If things don't improve they may well have to remove the last sentence from their advert as it is tantamount to false advertising. Ps I have bought in the past and have had no problems _ sorry to see this happening from a company set up for the fanciers
