Yes I would agree with the fifer, would rather them come running to me rather than from me, they are definately a lot better to be tame.

Yes well that's it if they are determined to have their young on the floor, there is nothing that will stop them from laying on the floor again and again. We just keep a closer eye on them.

We've got one that layed her eggs on the avairy floor, only one of her eggs hatched, but she's quite happy where she is feeding her newborn.

I must admit that I enjoyed the Blackpool show for the fancy pigeons and it was interesting to see so many stalls in competition with each other for everything imaginable that you can think of for pigeons.

It would have to be a farm or small holding I would think, They make excellent guard dogs.....( only without the bark ) and they are very fast as well, my brother got chased by a goose when he was younger. :D

Maybe try putting some wheat germ oil over their seed. worth a try. It's meant to be good for infertility problems.

have you got other birds sitting? maybe you could put an extra egg into two other couples if they are sitting, we have done that before. or if you have any broody hens that you use as sitters.
