The reason why it might show in the 'where is' section - guest replying to ...... could be simply be where a guest has pressed the post reply button by mistake or was trying to post up to something and then realising that they can't. I'm sure there is a simple explanation for it and people are getting too carried away with it - also richard wouldn't have a forum programme in place where people's details are not secure - I've seen him working on the website and the forum and everything is very secure. I'll let Richard know about this and see what he has to say.

Chit-chat will probably be on sometime in the next week or so - as Richard is staying in London with me this week and then we are at his for a couple of days before heading back up to St Andrews. So once he is back on his main computer then I'm sure it will be back (if not I'll nag him for you)

If you look in the black listed member bit (bottom of home page for the forum, the red group) you'll see that one of coxy's alias was pigeon_lad, so it might be the person but not sure, maybe if you pm me his email address I'll check with Richard.

does anyone know where releasing doves for a wedding came from???? would be nice to know some background if we are going to do it.

Hi, Just wanted to get some peoples thoughts on dove releases for weddings, as we went to a Wedding Exhibition yesterday in Kirkcaldy and there was a women there with two white logans advertising dove releases. Richard held one the birds and they were lovely and it got me thinking about having a dove release for the wedding, especially as Richard is a pigeon man and all. It made me wonder where dove releases for weddings came from (I know about dove symbolizing peace)?? Also what are peoples thoughts on it?? And has anyone had a dove release for their wedding and how did it go?? Or even having 'chocolate" or another coloured pigeon released for the wedding?? (One of Richard's friends dad has lavendar coloured pigeons which are lovely).

DOVEScot non-one has been harassing Steph, there were some problems between her and Bruno, but I believe that has been sorted and that there are no hard feelings between any one. It's good to see someone young setting up a site for fancy birds and as people have already stated pigeonbasics is for pigeon fanciers whether they be racing pigeons or fancy pigeons. I quite like the show side of things especially seeing the different types of fancy pigeons.

If anyone took any photos of the fancy birds, it would be great to see what they look like
