I have resigned as Junior Vice president of Fife Federation as of now. As an elected official, I consider my position untenable because we (Fife federation Management Team are not communicating effectively) Decisions are being made and taken and often I know nothing of them. I will not take responsibility for decisions I am not part of. Lets be clear there would have been no meeting today (11th of February) if I had not appealed to the SHU against the illegal decisions by Fife Federation at the AGM. My word and judgement seem to count for nothing and having to always run to the SHU to make sure the rules are properly applied and members get democracy is not how I want to work. Nor how a good sporting organisation should be run. Perhaps someone else can take the position in Fife Federation whom can have a more effective relationship and be kept involved the decision making process Much damage has been done to our fed in the last few weeks …that I still believe could have been averted. I wish the Fed well in its endeavours in the future and hope it can halt its decline. There are many honest, hardworking members in the Federation and I wish them all the best and thank them for their support. Norma Graham

In Clockys defence Sometimes what is understood to be said by Officials is taken as gospel by others, yet these officials cant make those committments at that time ...so they only think it.... and others believe it to be that Fed's position ...you understand

Fife Fed programme not been finalised yet at AGM. SNFC had not had their AGM at that point thus only conjecture at that point AND there is clashing with our current prog

You would think so ....but it would seem the 2/3rd of the officials who had prior knowledge are not prepared to hold a meeting to sort this out ...shame opportunity to progress fairly scuppered

If I send 3 to each race and you send 80 we pay the same ..its really not fair at all ...what about someone still at school or on benefit etc ...Birds might be their life

Flying Doo shouldny be about your ability to pay it should be about fair and reasonable for everyon ...cant go chasing folk cos they can pay up by such and such a date

Very sad and avoidable, in principle, the idea had merits and appealed as a policy ...but once again there was little thought to how it maybe put into practice for the members that are in the Fed. In any so called democracy it is about promoting the sport and the objectives of the club and fed.Abiding by the rules. Working together and trying to ensure everyone is treated fairly and equitably When are Officials going to LEARN what their duties are, what they are legally bound to do and that with some thought that half the difficulties that arise are because something is not debated fully, the pros and cons and special procedures that need to be made to introduce it etc. Some thought and debate and partnership working wouldnt go amiss
