    we got these birds in last year , through chip shop boys and some direct foxy pigeons, first year of breading last year and they came well. got a drum hen paied to our best racing cock this year see what happens. got president , drum, tips, rocket. etc cracking birds

  7. Washed sand (dry) with stalofan. then we use a shovel (bit like a coal shovel) with hole in it - this was made for this job. run it over the floor - cleans section within a minute. Tried the loft dressing etc none been as good.

  9. I dont have my own birds any more but help my very good mate out when I can. He flys as J C Roberts (John The Farm he is known as) Only fly in one club in one fed. He doesn't like going on about his results so I will list them for him! The following are racing on the south east route across country into North Wales (south on channel). He flys in the North Wales Coast Federation not the biggest fed, but one of the toughest routes to fly. Fed Results (2009) - 1st, 3rd, 8th & 9th - Stafford 60miles (48 members /933 birds) 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th - Kettering 126 miles (56/951) 1st, 2nd, 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th - St Albans 165 miles (60/836) 1st & 4th - Lessay 293miles (37/253) 1st - Fougeres 357miles (16/83) 1st, 3rd, 5th & 6th - Stafford 60 miles (44/1241) 1st, 2nd, 4th & 5th - Stafford 60 miles (49/1388) 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th - Kettering 126 miles (58/1245) 1st, 2nd & 3rd - Kettering 126 miles (54/1010) 1st, 5th & 9th - St Albans 165 miles (45/729) 1st & 2nd - St Albans 165 miles (not sure of birdage here) 1st - Maidstone 219 miles (32/330) Well done John!
  10. best time i heard up here is 14.41 - hughes bros . near wrexham, great pigeon , even if it doesnt win the national. i reckon they fly about 290 - 295

  17. heard D L & E Jones from llandudno win the national, well done DL. p bates & son along with us (john the farm) take the top 12 postions in the mostyn clock centre. think there may be 1 or 2 in denbigh also. not sure how these fair in the open result.

  21. no the time is for a different fancier, Phil might be in at that time, but i think he flys about 208 / 209miles??? i havent been down to the clock centre but will get a phone call soon, will post up once i hear.

  23. maidstone is 215 to us. best time i heard so far is flying 230miles 15.32hrs
