G Williams flying aprox 212 miles in at 15.27. Wins 1st & 2nd Open. on that mileage and on 15.27 dead, it gives a velocity of 1424 ypm. How far you fly Chippy?

Gareth lives in the same village as me , Rhewl Mostyn, in Flintshire. Gaz in the clock at 15.27 (x2), chip shop boys in at 15.28 flying bout 5 , 6 miles less than Gaz.

I have heard this morning that Mr Gareth Williams was 1st & 2nd Open Welsh South East National , Maidstone yesterday? This is such great news. He works very hard full time in the week, and only races a small team of cocks. He has been having hawk strikes left right and centre all year and has lost many off the loft. This will be his 2nd National win in the past few years. I think I am correct in saying that the 2 cocks that were clocked yesterday are brothers (different nests) and are bred out of his cock that won 1st National Ramsgate a few years ago. Racing results with youngbirds 2008. 7 Races sent to - 5 x 1st federation, and 2 x 3rds in the other 2 races. Also taking other positions in these. Also winning £112 in the Shotton Gold Ring race. 2nd Open, 4th Open etc, winning many section positions in the Welsh South East National. He has the parents of the bird that won 1st National for myself, and since then these have bred 7 x individual 1st Federation winners. North Wales Coast Fed voted to go south on the channel this year???? Some mebers for it some against?? 60 % 40% ????? So they looking to go into France on the Channel, maybe the ones who dont really want south would go with the new ''Nationals'' programme , South / South East?? Food for thought. But they would have to let the rest of Wales in first.
