we had our first post of the week yesterday (saturday) thought we hadn't had any bills through! then bang they all came together!

used to wath the birds in the street , young ones in the nest november/december , sitting in the nest on the ledge of a building, feezing conditions. Is it because they have become 'hardier' ? I think healthy pigeons will breed in this weather. Plenty of food, un-frozen water, they should breed ok. I had the above probelm one year, it was like the parents had squashed them, looked fine, just dead in the nest. never did find out what it was, all was ok after. Tip of the day - when breeding have a full bulb of garlic in the water, and just top up each day until it becomes mushy. then replace with another bulb. any questions about this pm me ;-)

i think the people / firm who owned screwfix sold up and the group that owns b&q bought them - few years ago now, then they set up either this one, or machinemart. lots of good prices to be found, everyone battling for your cusom.

girlfriend is working 13hrs today , 8 tomorrow, off sat, 13hrs sunday , then 12hr nights mon,tues,weds,thurs. oh well, people still get ill.

yup, 3 'dogs' duke died, but maX and tyson are 15 months old now. these 2 gave duke a new lease of life when they were brought in
