Doo racing eh? Never felt so low as I did on Saturday night just fkn takes the wind right out yer sails... Will need to see how the doos progress over the week to see what can go this Sat bt there will be a few still sore so rest more important at the moment

That explains why our contact said it was fine as he must be about 40 mile away from hawick... I dont think our doos shoulda been there

Yet when Davy young spoke to our contact in the solway it was spot on only small fluffy clouds in the sky.... This is the problem people hear this or hear that without really digging deep Into it when adding their own bits on

The weather was spot on for Lanarkshire fed mate..... the guys in cumbria canny even let their doos out and we are sending 7200 dinners one percy can turn a whole batch... lanarkshire split into 2 batches then left the point high up in the sky if percy turnt one off those batches and they went south with the heat some doos would be dehydrated and wouldn't make it up the road...

Sometimes I wonder if we are the cruel ones as we know the issues sending our pigeons.... bloody disgrace poor doos getting fkn murdered at every turn

Went down and checked the lofts at 9 to see if anything else made it bt nothing there 16 doos left for the season at this point

I don't think for one minute lanarkshire fed clashed.... It was a bad race simple as that and yes I'm hurting I have two pigeons that flew thw whole programme last year including ypres awol Sht happens and our controller done everything he could have done. Was reading a pigeon gazette from the 50's guess what the main topic was??? Yip you guessed it a bad race so it's nothing new My guess for what it's worth bop played it's part... with guys reporting quite a few damaged pigeons
