i would take it to your union to fight or fight it yourself in court there has to be evidence of proof , without this the council in question , is offering a bad solution on a whim also approach your ward councilor / mp to help you

I had a pigeon in from wisbeach tossed at Driffield 20 miles 2 times , sent to Hull 30 miles once , sent bird within 20 miles of home , driver tossed it up was sat in loft when i went to set clock up fer clocking in , what beats me is this bird was racing from Driffield last week , sent 20 miles north of home on its supposed route of flyte and still came back to me , going to send to Huntington next week see if it goes home. It must like the 5 star full board all inclusive at Scarborough

Indian Fantails arent very good fliers so many cross them with exibition so they fly better

colour aint important its how they perform in a basket , there out of MY Kirkpatricks Dusty line

still a bit young they will look a bit prettier when fully grown

they look rough and look like gargoils the russian ones , the others hard to say but i would say crossed
