i use a few oils but mainly week before a channel race walnut , groundnut , hemp and cod liver oil but in capsules

i like to alternate lemon , orange , and grapefruit freshly juiced but can use a good carton of natural orange juice of jiff lemon but buying a juicer is a great investment ;-)

well if you took the time to post on the relivant board your post wont be removed as says if not sure post on notice board and your post will be removed to its correct board in its place a re dirrect may be left , if find hard to locate your last post look on your profile and look at latest posts then can find them , first and foremost this is a pigeon site enjoy

if more people planted hawthorn hedges song birds would be more abundant in the garden and there nests better protected ;-)
