they might be back tomorrow , can remember when had young birds at new address ( here ) only had 9 lost the lot one day over 3 days got every single one back it didn't do them no harm they certainly learnt where home was Hope rest are there tomorrow fer ya

One of my section winners was from a hen that laid one egg or several funny sized ones , as said i felt the eggs were on the small side although probably viable i removed after a few days and sat hen on a dummy till 10 days then removed hopefully next eggs will be perfect and a pair

had same i threw them out mine were in good health no body fat ideal fer laying , i think there probably less mature than some of other birds

Re unions , yes the union is made up from fanciers but very few of them have any say and the manager of our union is not a pigeon man but a ex service man they've done very little for the fancier other than take there union fees and report strays and plot lofts and give race point measurements . When has he been in the media promoting our sport ??? or championing a deal with the ets company's , it goes on year after year very littles done to preserve the sport were in and unfortunately fanciers are there own worse enemy , if fanciers don't come together soon be very little left to preserve.
