Brilliant Day off tomorrow and get 14 sheets of wood delivered so got all day to work on the loft sheeting it then its just painting it felting it and sort the inside out for birds then its all systems go

I'm the same mate desperate to get them and get up and running mate not the fussed about racing but a guess that just comes along with them

Good stuff mate were are you getting your birds from many are you going to start with

mate im getting my late breds in a month or two and im going to be taking ybs of them for racing next season thats came from top flyers in scotland so thats what im sticking

Would anyone mind me visiting your lofts even give yous a hand cleaning or whatever I'm just really keen to get involved more and try learn as much as possible before I get my birds and get going

anyone know how to cut a sputnik down to size or anyone that can do in for me. the one i got of jimmy white is ideal but the other one i have is double the size

Naw lol but took the wrong junction and ended oveer the forth road bridge don't know how the hell I managed it but I got home after 1hr and 20 mins its was a gd trip spent a hour and a half chatting about racing etc was excellant ill have to visit more lofts

What will you be doing yourself will you be getting latebreds and breeding them for yb racing next year or what I'm getting my late breds in a few weeks and this is what I've been advised to do

A got told having a 2 inch gap between your roof and front of you loft and the back is perfect ventallation as the cold air enters dropping to the bottom therefore pushing the stale air up and out the other gap

guys as you probaly know im building a 10 x 6 loft with two sections with a 2 sputnicks do i have to put windows in

looking for a bit of advice im building a 10ft x 6ft loft at the moment with two sections young birds and olb birds can anyone tell me how many i can have in each section
