Good Evening all what’s the earliest you guys have vaccinated young birds,

And why ? ie can they be done while still in the nest , or does the fact they are still being feed by their parents negate the need to vaccinate

Yep they can. In Canada they do the first of three in the nest. Second about when they leave it and another 3 - 4 weeks later.

I vaccinate when there are no more young birds going in to the team,that way they all get done together.

The manufacturers say not to vaccinate birds under 3 weeks of age
