What form do members prefer to use garlic in

I crush a clove and add it to the drinkers or in a bottle overnight then add it to the drinker as I don't like to leave it in the drinker to long in mild weather if I am away working for a few days

do members prefer the oil or leave it in water then add the water to the drinker? I read recently a manufacturer claimed that there oil was more of a benefit than just living the clove in water

 

With the oils I can't help but think what ever the base oil they use would be more fattening due to the oil than using the garlic in water alone
