the Old Slateys cock (GB2012 C 19050) his sire and grandsire of winners for ourselves and two fanciers up the country and very few have ever left the lofts here from him as he has been in the race team. This will be his first year at Stock for us, he won from word go as a baby. He is line bred to Frank Taskers Blue Pokke(sire of franks olympiad)who was a direct son of Willy Thas' famous pokke. There is a slight touch of Willy Thas' Beckham line in there also. He was bred in the race loft, from two performance pigeons with the mother being a fed winner herself.

hi wiley, these lines go back to the 60s and 70s from willy thas, from franks foundation stock, the filmstar, when he was paired to the kleine blauwe, gb 79 d 98500 and belg 82 4861200, the blue eole , the whitenose , the white flt Daniel, the jonge korte, these birds were the base birds all French rung from paul haltermans loft, not sure if these will help but worth knowing where the birds originated from, regards George, p/s if you like a copy of these old peds let me know your address and I will copy them for you, regards, George

Hi George, yes the old mencke haelterman blood was very dominant, still dominant in my loft today. As you know the Blue Eole when paired to Whitenose bred the Jonge Whitenose, who was the dam of Champion Filmstar. As you may also know the sire of filmstar was called Blue Telstar, he was from a pigeon called Eole(full brother to the Blue Eole) when paired with the Telstar hen. So Filmstar was line bred to the pair of Belg64-4761205 and Belg67-4791903.

All the best

Ryan
