Morning John wind been picking up through the night here,still blowing this morning.But getting a lot of strong gusts now.It looks like you lads up north going to take the brunt of it though.Just get everything battened down for the next couple of days.

It's closing in fast now Richard, gusts approx 50mph but it's going to get wilder as day day goes on. Next few days are much the same though the winds are forecast to drop from tomorrow night onwards.

Been fresh up here for a few days, bleedin miserable infact. forecast not quite as bad as it was for next few days. Good weather for getting the feet up in front of the fire with a wee something
