Broken 4Th Flight

Put a needle down quill with super glue then cut another flight ( one cast by other bird) and cut it to length you want and glue it onto other end of needle. I won Cheltenham yearling race ( head wind )with a hen that had a needle in her 5th flight.

Derek its broken about an inch and half down will i need to cut flight to get a needle in it

Have done similarly with my grizzle hen and sent her today and came ok flight intact , gold cup bound .
