Little boy in a mans world springs to mind! Told you all this would turn into a farce No1 any competition is never open to staff no matter what it is and to remove one of the best, funniest, most kind and helpfull people on here is nothing short of disgusting especially when they were leading by a mile. I have a feeling this site has just about proved its lack of credibility to one and all. Freedome of speech springs to mind but this place is becoming like a gestapo run meeting during the rise of the Nazi party back in the 30's. Thank god for other more level haded mature sites on the subject!

 

Pigeon Racing is supposed to be a hobby and an enjoyable pastime. God knows what joe public think off this, bearing in mind that they can access this site as a guest, it's crazy. It's no wonder we can't get public support when we can't agree amongst ourselves

Well must say, and tis a sad fact, that I am glad that I made my decision straight off - I was the first too - that I wished not to be included. Like I said, my ole ticker can do without the 'waiting lo and thought others were more deserving. Could certainly have done without this thread too!

Tis a shame really that the thread has gon ethe way it has. Maybe after the cold water has been splashed, moped up etc. it will be decided not to be held next year! Who knows?

whats going on from what ive read i cant belive whats going on the whole thing should be scraped

it was a great gesture by stuart maybe he should have a rethink the prize could do a lot of good

else were i know a lot of people would have put it up again 4 charity or 2 a novice but lets be

maybe we should be looking to resolve this and the ONLY people who can do this is Richard and Duncan

I also feel that Stuart SHOULD have an input as far as the poll and prize goes

reading through the threads I think the majority of members think (and I could be wrong ) the poll should be scrapped

so what happens to the prize

well its Christmas time

and Christmas is a time for family and CHILDREN

why not think about giving the prize to some young fancier

and no I'm not talking about those members in the poll

(AND IM NOT TALKING ABOUT MY JACK )

the future of the sport is in YOUNG FANCIERS    

I remember sending greeting to a young fancier in Scotland (I think) who in their first season was winning well young Sammy is another that comes to mind

the poll was supposed to be a bit of craic (fun)

I honestly don't think ANY of the members in the poll were really fussed about the prize more interested in the craic (fun) of it read down the list all the members apart from myself (and NO I never voted for myself the 1 vote) most are on giving advice birds and humour
